Trusses

Timber trusses with perforated metal nail plates are a lightweight, durable and ecological type of construction material that enables smart solutions with trusses of any shape. Before you choose which truss suits you the best, we recommend to consider the type of truss, the distance between trusses and the planned roof slope, e.g.:

• If you require a truss for a small project and you are looking at the DUO truss, then the Stubbed DUO truss might be better suited for a large span as its supporting  node has a higher load-bearing capacity. This will allow reducing the material consumption for the truss itself. 
• If you are planning to build a small garage or storage area, then the Stubbed Modified 2 might be the better choice, whereas in case of larger spans Stubbed Modified will certainly be better suited.

From our experience, we can tell that the most cost-efficient trusses are with up to 10 m span at 20° roof slope. With the span increasing, the cost of truss increases proportionally. We offer 13 timber truss types:
